Spring Must Haves

I am sooo sick of this weather I wanted to get my head into spring and thought I'd share with you my MUST HAVES for the season. Various versions of all of these things will be arriving at Daisy Clover over the next couple months and we are super duper excited.

Zipperpalooza
This trend kinda started this fall and it's my favorite favorite !! I love that the added detail of a zipper on a pocket or seeing the zipper on the front or back of a dress or skirt gives your look just that little edge. You WON'T be able to avoid this trend. It's even as accents on basic tees. I went a little zipper crazy for spring so you won't have to wait long to get your zipper on ....

Slouchy Pants / Skinny Pants
the designers love to juxtapose two drastically different ideas and this years its for the bottom!! The slouchy comes in the form of boyfriend jeans and slouchy trousers both of which are very easy to wear and as long as you balance the top half of you -- can also be very cute. The skinny (in denim or a pant) we have been seeing over the past couple seasons but it's finally not just a trend but something you MUST have. They look great with flats and harden up a flowy floral top. If you are AFRAID of the skinny (which a lot of us were) start with a straight leg. Trust me MOST of us can wear one of the options.

Jumping for the Jumpsuit / Romper
yeah, i know ... there was a minute about 4 years ago when I ruthlessly made fun of someone wearing a jumpsuit !!! When I am wrong (probably more than I'll really own up to) I can admit it. I actually purchased the cutest litte romper for myself at the end of summer this past year and have been LOVING it. Just don't buy them too tight or too short depending on your age and shape. If you don't want to do shorts - go for the pant version -- it can be very very very elegant (albeit a bit hard to use the bathroom in :-))!!
