Daisy Clover will have the ultimate in customer service including all of the following special services:

  • free gift-wrapping
  • free or reduced rate shipping based on total purchase price and buying history
  • free basic alterations on all regular priced items (hemming, shorten sleeves, etc)
  • Daisy Dollars Gift Certificates
  • Daisy Clover VIP Perks - sent out twice a year - must join to be a VIP
  • Gift registry or wish list for birthdays and holidays
  • Great Hours - Monday, Wednesday 10am-6pm / Tuesday, Thursday 11am-7pm / Friday, Saturday 10am-5pm. Plus, any other hours by appointment. Please call to schedule.

 

Daisy Clover In-Store Return Policy

Within 14 days of original purchase date, Daisy Clover will accept returns or exchanges on merchandise that has not been worn or altered and that still has the tags attached. You must also have a valid receipt. All refunds will be made in the form of store credit.

Within 7 days of the original purchase date, VIP Customers may return items for a refund in the original form of payment. A valid receipt and all tags must be attached.

After 14 days, only exchanges will be allowed and only up to 30 days from the original date of purchase.

Returns/Exchanges will not be accepted on items missing tags and without a receipt.

ALL SALE OR ANY DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE CONSIDERED FINAL SALE. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE MADE.
