Daisy Clover will have the ultimate in customer service including all of the following special services:

1. Are all items listed in stock?
Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.
2. Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is charged only to states where Daisy Clover has a physical presence. Currently this is only Missouri.
3. Do you have a size guide available online?
Because our designer's sizes tend to run differently from season to season -- we do not provide an online size guide. We will make every attempt to note in the item description any major issues. However, please call us with any specific questions.
4. How can I modify my order?
Please be advised that once an order has been placed we are unable to make any modifications to the order including cancellations.

6. How do I make a return or exchange?

Please see the answer to question 10 below for specific return policies !!! YOU MUST EMAIL US TO REQUEST A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER PRIOR TO ANY RETURN OR EXCHANGE. EMAIL US AT ADMIN@DAISY-CLOVER.COM WITH YOUR REQUEST PRIOR TO SHIPPING ANY MERCHANDISE BACK TO US. Once you recieve your Return Authorization number then .... Simply follow the instructions on the invoice included with your package. Pack and securely seal the merchandise. Include the completed form with your return/exchange, and send insured to the above address. (We recommend that you insure the return packages to Daisy Clover. This will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves). Please note that all returns must be made within 14 days. Read the return policy below or the shipping reciept included in your order for more information.

7. How long does it take for my order to be processed and shipped?
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 1pm CST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within 48 hours pending availablility and credit verification. All orders placed after 1pm CST will begin processing the next business day, and will ship within 48 hours. Orders placed on Friday after 1pm CST will begin processing on the following Monday. Daisy Clover will contact you with a follow up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need to confirm availability. Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. Because we ship using USPS Priority mail -- we are able to ship to PO Boxes.
8. What does shipping cost?

FOR US SHIPMENTS -- we provide FREE USPS Priority Mail Shipping on all Orders over $100.

For US Customers who would like their orders shiped via USPS Priority Mail the the shipping charge is $5.95 for any orders under $100. Shipping is FREE via USPS Priority Mail for all US orders orders over $100

For US Customers who would like to upgrade to a premium shipping option -- the cost is as follows:
If your order totals $0-$49 - your shipping options are Next Day for $20.
If your order totals $50-$149 - your shipping options are Next Day for $25.
If your order totals $150-249 - your shipping options are Next Day for $30.
If your order totals $250-499 - your shipping options are Next Day for $30.
If your order totals $500+ - your shipping options are Next Day for $35.

For International Shipments - we provide FREE USPS Global Priority Mail on all orders over $250.

For International Customers who would like their orders shipped via USPS Global Priority Mail, the shipping charge is $25 for all orders under $250. Shipping is FREE via USPS Global Priority Mail for all international orders over $250

9. What is the best way to shop your site?
If you are looking for a specific designer then the best option is to Shop by Designer from the drop down menu on the left on every page. Or you can shop by category by using the main menu along the left hand side of every page.
10. What is your return policy for online purchases?

Returns and exchanges are accepted on items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, with ALL tags attached, and with a valid Return Authorization number. You may exchange or return merchandise by mail within 14 days of receipt of purchase. Please follow the return/exchange instructions on the invoice included with your package.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not refund shipping and handling charges and a $5.95 Shipping fee will charged for any exchanges with a value under $100. In addition, the original shipping fee will be deducted from all returns that included free shipping ($5.95 for all US orders / $25 for all international orders)

ON ALL returns -- NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A VALID RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER OR AFTER THE 14 DAY RETURN WINDOW - NO EXCEPTIONS.  Some sale items are FINAL SALE.  This will be noted in the product description page.  No Returns or Exchanges will be accepted on these items at any time. 

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY !! For any purchases made between December 1st and December 25th -- you will have thru 1/10/08 to return or exchange your purchase. Please follow the same procedure as listed above -- i.e. getting a return authorization number etc.

11. When will my credit card be refunded?
Once your package has been received at Daisy Clover, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 6-10 business days. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Daisy Clover.

Daisy Clover ships anywhere worldwide.
14. Which credit cards do you accept for online purchases?
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. We also accept payments using PayPal.
